Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ansly's AI Visibility Scanner service ("Service") operated by Ansly ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Ansly provides an AI Visibility scanning and analysis service that evaluates publicly accessible webpages to determine their visibility and citability across AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. The Service analyses 147 factors across 12 categories and provides recommendations for improvement.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have authorisation to analyse
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond our provided API
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service to compete with or replicate our core functionality

Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Provide accurate and complete billing information

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ansly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a licence to use, process, and analyse that content to provide the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

AI Visibility scores and recommendations are based on our analysis methodology and publicly available information. We cannot guarantee how third-party AI platforms will perceive or cite your content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ansly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers or your data
• Any third-party content or conduct on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ansly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
